Raising Sheldon

Hello All and Everyone

So, I am not sure what gave me the bright idea to take Stitch and his friend out to the outlets. Two 4 year old by yourself is not fun. Stitch decided while we were in the car on this thirty minute drive to start explaining to his friend; that we will call June; about how binary works. He goes on and on about how the ones and zeros make the computer language.  June gets upset with him and tells him to stop talking. Well the way stitch works is that means to talk louder. After they start this yelling match all I can do is sit there thinking to myself why did I do this. June finally gets Stitch to stop talking but He then decides to start a new conversation. Good thing we were there so I can get some food in these two kids tummies and maybe they will calm down. June tends to get frustrated with Stitch because he tries to start conversations that she doesn’t understand or care to understand. Needless to say these two tried my patients the entire time.

When we finally got home Stitch decided that he wanted to talk about photosynthesis. Which we have talked about a few times before today but he likes to talk about it. I know I know. How do you get him to bed. usually I let him finish his sentence and he will drift off to sleep. This little boy may try my patients at time but at others he can be the sweetest thing.

Hello All,

My name is Jackie. I am a mother of one. We will call him Stitch; not is actual name. Let me tell you all a little bit about my son. He is four years old and goes to a private school to help with his social skills. Stitch is what I am going to call him. Stitch has trouble with handling basic social interaction at times. He has not yet figured out that you need to stay out of other peoples faces. He also is not always the best with not talking with everyone and everything. He throws things at times and is not sure how to handle when he is angry or sad. Stitch is very smart though. He loves to talk about Science, Math and English.

In this  blog I will be going over the adventures that I have with this boy and some of the crazy antics that he has. He is very bright and can drive me crazy at times where I need to vent.  I know that people probably will not read this but that is ok. It is for me and helping me get through life.
